Rotisserie Chicken and Goat Cheese Sandwich



This was a really yummy sandwich! It was a recipe Andi found in a KC newspaper article on April 5th called Glamorous Leftovers.

It was made with leftover rotisserie chicken on broiled buttered Italian bread. The bread was lathered with coarse Maille French mustard and fig jam. Layered with leaves of watercress, goat cheese and mayo.  Absolutely delicious!
